Buying a home is the biggest investment most people make in their lifetime.

As a realtor/contractor, I am involved in my own real estate investments and have years of experience maintaining properties and doing remodeling jobs. I treat every house through the guise of investments and can offer quotes to give you an idea of any remodeling you may be interested in doing. Most Realtors are unable to do this legally due to the scope of their license. There is more to the cost of a property than the sale price and I look forward to giving you the full picture!

We live in a world that needs security and because of that fact everyone of my listings includes a secure keypad that I send out temporary time locked pins to the other agents. This means they can only have access to the lockbox during agreed upon times and the pins then expire.

 

I offer two tiers of commission rates tailored to what you need/want. I leverage my experience as a contractor and from property management to help you sell your home for the best price and as quickly as possible. It's hard to beat a 5% listing commission if your agent is part of a franchised company. The following is what is included!
